6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:

Disclaimers
- No warranty for third-party products beyond manufacturer terms

10. Termination
Termination by Client

- Payment for services rendered up to termination date
- Return of company property

Termination by UVLTech
- Non-payment of invoices
- Breach of agreement terms
- Illegal or unethical use of services
- 30-day notice (except for material breach)
11. Data Protection

12. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to:

- Pandemics or health emergencies

- Laws of India
- Jurisdiction of Delhi courts

- Direct Negotiation: Attempt to resolve through discussion
- Mediation: Use neutral third-party mediator
